What is Reformation in-store pickup and how does it work?
In-store pickup is a contactless pickup option to help you get your item(s) quicker. Check online to see if an item is available at an open Ref store near you. You can buy online or call a store directly to place an order and then pick it up at the store. Your order will be ready for pickup within 1 business day of being placed. We’ll send you an email and text message when your order is ready for pickup. In-store pickup is only offered at select US locations right now; please check our stores page for more info.
**Temporary COVID-19 update - For the health and safety of our team, we have reduced hours of operation and are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in many locations. We will process all in-store pickup orders as quickly as possible, but there may be delays on orders placed on Sunday or Monday.
Can I do curbside pickup instead of in-store?
We are offering curbside pickup at most locations. If you want to do curbside pickup, give us a call to let us know when you’re outside. We’ll bring the order out to you, remaining at a safe distance. Find out if curbside pickup is available at your local Ref store here.How do I place a curbside / in-store pick up order online?
From the product page, select the size and color combination you want. From the in-store pick up tab, you’ll be able to find a store near you. You can also search other stores based on city or ZIP code. Select the store you want to pick up from and click the Pickup at Ref store location button. The item will be added to your cart and you can place the order like a regular web order. If the item is available at a store that does not currently support buying online and picking up in a store, you may call the store to place a phone order. After your order is placed, you will receive an additional email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Right now, buying online for in-store pickup is only available at select stores and to customers shopping in the US.
Can I shop a specific Ref store's products online?
Yes, you can easily shop all of your favorite Ref categories by store location. From the left hand side of the category page, switch the in-store pickup button to "on" to filter to your nearest Ref location or to find locations offering in-store pickup near you. Once you have selected a location, you will be able to see products within that category that are available in-store. You can also apply the same store location filter when browsing products with our search bar.
How long will a store hold my order for pick up? What happens if I am unable to pick up my order in time OR I do not pick up my order?
You will have 4 days from the day you receive email notification that your order is ready to pick up your order. Orders that are not picked up within 4 days will be canceled and refunded to the original method of payment. Please check our stores page for store hours.
Yes. Check our stores page to see if a store near you is open for in-store shopping, curbside pickup or in-store pickup. We will be accepting returns both curbside and in store for both web and store orders. If you’d like to do a curbside return, please call the store phone to let us know you have arrived and we will help you out.
