What is your online return policy?
For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the U.S. We also offer easy returns for our international customers!

You have 21 days from the ship date to get your return postmarked back to us. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that all apothecary, underwear, pierced jewelry, and sale items are final sale.

We are happy to offer an extended holiday season return policy. For orders placed from Thursday, November 22, 2018 through Tuesday, December 25, 2018, you have 35 days from the ship date to have your return dropped off and scanned at a USPS location. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.If your return is a gift and you would like to receive an e-gift card rather than a refund, please reach out to Customer Love.

Reformation monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 21 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift?
Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to Customer Love before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

Can I return my online order to a Reformation store?
You can! Just make sure you return it in-store 21 days from the ship date.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

What is your in store return policy?
For in store purchases, we accept returns back for e-gift card or exchange only within 14 days of purchase. We accept items in new condition with original tags attached. Please note that all apothecary, lingerie, hosiery, pierced jewelry, eyewear, vintage, and sale items are final sale. Please return the stuff you buy in­-store back to the store.

How do I return an order from within the U.S.?
For our US customers we provide a pre-paid return label to make it super easy for you to send it back.

For your return, please:

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
  2. Login to your Reformation account, click on Orders and Returns, and follow the on-screen steps to create and print a prepaid return label. Make sure to note down your tracking number so you can check on the status of your return.
  3. Stick the return label on the mailer.
  4. Drop off the mailer at any USPS drop off location or schedule a pickup.

* Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

How do I return an order if I checked out as a guest?
For your return, please:

  1. Click on 'Order Lookup' at the bottom of the Ref homepage.
  2. Input your email address and order number. Click "Create Return" and print your label.
  3. Stick the return label on the mailer.
  4. Drop off the mailer at any USPS drop off location or schedule a pickup.

* Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

How do I return an order from outside the U.S.?
We offer easy return shipping for our international customers. If you are sending back a return from outside the U.S., just reach out to Customer Love with your order number and the items you want to return, and we will provide a prepaid return label. There is a $20 fee for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Pick-ups are not included in this service. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. Sorry, but this service is not available for some countries right now; if you're in Puerto Rico or Hong Kong please send back your stuff using your own courier.

In your return please:

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
  2. Tape the prepaid label on the mailer.
  3. Fill out a reason code and put your packing slip in with your stuff.
  4. Get the package to the courier.

You can also choose to send your stuff back to us using your preferred courier service. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
