Since 2009, we’ve been on a mission to bring sustainable fashion to everyone.
We started out retailoring vintage dresses in a small Los Angeles storefront. Today, we’re a global brand with a few more stores and a lot more dresses, still working to make pieces people love with a lower impact.
None of that happens without our team. We’re looking for people who are smart but curious, direct but kind, and who want to help move our industry forward. While having a little fun along the way. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

Why Reformation
Being naked is the #1 most sustainable option. We’re #2.
We put sustainability at the core of everything we do, from how we run our business to the super ambitious goals we set to push the whole industry forward. In 2025, we became one of the first fashion brands to be Climate Positive, which means we remove more carbon emissions than we emit through footprint reduction and verified carbon removal projects. And we’re just getting started. Right now, we’re working on becoming Circular by 2030. Which is something you’ll help us with if this all works out.

Where we work
Our brand-new HQ is located in Los Angeles, where a lot of the magic happens. From creative collaboration to production in our on-site factory, it has free EV charging, a coffee and tea bar, chic vintage furniture, and LEED Gold certification for high standards of sustainability and resource efficiency.
We also have offices in Culver City, New York, and London, filled with equally talented people doing cool things. All of our spaces are designed to make good work and better outfits happen.
