If your date's short. The Bardia is a square toe sandal with a plank sole and three ruched straps. Runs narrow, so we recommend opting for 1/2 size up. For this style, we traded a traditional shoebox for a dust bag made from leftover Ref fabric, to keep your shoes safe and cut unnecessary waste.
These shoes are lined with leather that's tanned without chrome or heavy metals. The regenerated leather outsole is and made of 70% leather waste. Our rubber componentry is a blend of 60% natural rubber with 20-23% synthetic rubber getting us closer to eliminating virgin synthetic rubber from our footwear. We also threw in some linen, because it’s plant-based, uses basically no water, and emits ¼ the carbon as cotton per pound of fiber.
