Do the floor a favor. The Bettie is an unstructured ballet flat with a softly gathered upper and a ruched, elastic opening. It's made from supple glove leather to form fit your foot. This shoe runs slightly narrow, and will have a tighter fit until worn in. If you have a fuller foot, opt for a half size up for more comfort.
These shoes are lined with leather that's tanned without chrome or heavy metals. They're padded with a blend of renewable, plant-based foam, and some of the conventional stuff. So it's still soft and cushiony but from more responsible sources. We also blended 45% recycled synthetic rubber with 15% natural rubber for the outsole helping us get us to our goal of eliminating virgin synthetic rubber from our footwear.
