It’s a lot to feed and fly all your family and friends together for your special day. All weddings are different, but this carbon offset covers the average wedding (minus guest travel). It’s sort of like your wedding never happened, but in the best way possible. Your climate credit purchase directly helps the Parque Eolico Maldonado project. Connecting new wind energy to the grid has helped Uruguay become one of the global leaders in renewable energy. This project will supply 25 turbines, a capacity of 50 MW of clean energy which will displace over 100 MT of CO2e annually. That's equivalent to 13 homes' energy usage for an entire year!
