This is a soft, slubby alpaca sweater yarn spun in Italy, made from 56% Baby Suri Alpaca, 32% RWS Merino Wool, 8% GRS Recycled Nylon, 4% Nylon. Hand wash + dry flat.
Alpaca wool is a renewable fiber that has a much lower environmental impact than most sweater yarns. Unlike goats and other herd animals, alpacas have soft hooves and gentle eating habits that limit soil erosion and plant destruction.
