Thanks, it's old. The Vintage Cosmo Top is a collared top with plisse details throughout. It has 3/4 sleeves with cut outs. This fits about the same as a Ref M. Please note, this style is a one of a kind vintage style. This means sizing may vary and the style may have minor imperfections. Color may vary due to lighting.
